Retrofitting an existing plant would be substantially economical as compared to setting up a new plant.

Ongoing costs include a general fee for services and royalty on the Sealer Gallonage produced (significantly lower than Franchise fees, for reference see our comparison chart, Licensing vs Franchising)

On the very onset, we run a five-year projection, taking in consideration of all factors that influence the success of the business, including minimum break even at startup, and steady growth in revenue and profits in the future. We will be the first to advise if a project does not qualify our standards for return on investment.
